i read an article on msn health about when to exersize. it said that if you exersize in the morning before eating anything you burn more fat because there's nothing in your stomach to burn otherwise. also- working out in the morning you muscles respond better becasue they're rested- so that means more muscle- which means more calories burned just doing nothing! i hope i helped...

yes- but exersizing in the morning burns more fat- becasue it doesn't burn off other stuff from eating like carbs or gluclose...

I've learned different from health experts. I have always been taught the best time is in the afternoon. In the morning you will burn LESS calories if you haven't had breakfast yet because your matabolism will be slower.
