Instead of having frosted wheat, have half frosted wheat and half plain wheat, or instead of having fries, have a baked potato. Making healthier food choices will really help, and you'll be able to stick with it better than some diet in which you have to cut out certain foods. Plus, you can still eat whatever food you want, just not too much of the junk.
Reply from wigga, Age 14 - 08/20/03 - IP#: 152.163.252.xxx listen, u dont need to go crazy about dieting, just dont eat any food that has more than 130 calories, and not over 32 carbs, no bread or cheese, water and also tons of veggies( the green veggies help clear your face{acne}better than clean 'n clear.) not alot of fruit, u can get the diarria and fruit has alot of natural sugar! And go running at night and in the morning and if u can stick to that for 3 weeks, then u can stick to it!
