I just got Winsor Pilates in the mail:-) I heard they work really well. Does anybody here have any success stories? Like how much weight they lost doing them and how long it took them?

really?? how many workouts did you do? or how many weeks did it take? And how many dress sizes did you lose? And congrats! :-)
