I am really proud of myself !!! Today for breakfast my mom made a huge one becuse it was the first day of school today and I only ate like one egg and a couple pieces of toaste then for lunch I hade a small NOT large nacho (that was the only edible food the school had) when i came home from school i wanted a snack...instead of reaching for the chips i grabbed some carrots and dip. I got a really good workout at school cuz my school is huge cuz it is the only junior high in the area and thereis no air conditioning and its 4 floors and all my classe were always on a different floor than I was so I climbed a lot of steps today i probably was buring calories like mad!!!! hehe I am so happy!!!! to rachel ( i think spelling??) great i'd love to be ur buddy we are about the same weight and i was just wondering what's your goal mine is to weigh 145lbs cuz that is a healthy weight for my height

way to go! you are making a excelent start in changing your eating and exercise habits. keep up the good work, i wish i had the self conrol that you do!
