hey ya'll! i need some help here.... i really want to get rid of my "flabby" stomach. is it even possible to spot reduce? i am usually very active, but i recently broke my collar bone and so i can't do anything too physical at moment which is really difficult for me. before my collar bone was broken i had v-ball practice everyday, soccer practice 3 times a week for 2 hours each time, and i ran for 30-45 min. on my off days. although i did all that, i still wasn't loosing any of my flabby stomach. i don't think my eating habits are too off... i have a cookie here and there... and i don't drink any soda at all. if you guys have any idea how to help me that'd be really awesome! my email is kaboint424@msn.com thanks! katy~

no- you can't spot reduce- you need to lose overall fat on your body to get at one part. sorry! i wish you could though- it'd definately be easier. oh well. i'm sorry to hear you broke your collar bone but what you can do right now is concentrate on an extremely healthy diet untill you can put exersizing back into your plan. go to www.caloriesperhour.com to find out how many al.s you burn in 24 hours and then eat less then that and you'll lose weight...
