Has anyone ever been on slimfast? IF so let me kno how it worked out. I kno everybody is different and you'll have different results but i just need sum opinions about it.

Reply from anne, Age 16 - 09/10/03 - IP#: 216.66.108.xxx i love it and there isn't a way it can't work if you're following it strictly and not underestimating your caloric intake. it helps keep the calories down and the sweet tooth too! but sometimes it's not for everyone- becasue it works really well with me but it makes my mother ravenous so she hasn't been able to stay on it. hope i helped!
