I play varsity football (RB running back)and i work out alot and i don't look my weight because of my shoulders and they makes me look buff but the problem that i am having is with my stomach no matter what i do or eat i could never get it to be the way i want it. So if anyone one has any advice of tips on something that might help me write it please. Thanks
