hey, im going to a wedding, a really important one!! the people getting married are these 2 young bestfriends of my sis and my family!! its on November 28th. i would really like to lose at least 10 or 15 pounds but my ideal would be 25 or 30 pounds!!! i really wana feel better about myself and look better and find clothes easier!!!i can NEVER find any pants that fit right!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!UGHH!!!!!!! please help me! i only need nutritional advice, im thinking about jump roping for exercise and im taking up lacrosse later on in the year, but right now i neeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeed help!!!PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME! plus there are gonna be LOADS of HOTT guys at the wedding!! and theres this one 14 year old guy!( i have a boyfriend right now, but i wana look good and feel good about being around all those hott guys and the people that will be there!) definately pick up the jumping rope- i've read that it's one of the best cardio workouts-not kidding! that's why boxers use it to build up stamina. eat tons of veggatables- not only are they low in calories but they take more calories to digest in your body then what's in them so they don't even count if you don't add too much condiments to them ao try and fill yourself up with those before you eat anything else and have a little bit of whatever. eat whatever you want but only in small fractions like a quarter of a chocolate bar and then put the rest away and eat a tiny bit on a different day. it works well. learn to say no- just because it's in front of you don't let your mind think that it should automatically eat it. drink lots of water(really good for your skin too!) and just remember that what you're doing IS a reward in itself because your body will thank you by feeling great and looking even better then you feel!
