It seems that i will go on a diet and i will lose a little bit of weight then not, and i give up. I am currently 5'7 and 244lbs i dont look as big as i am,but that is my weight. Does anyone have any advise?..support?..or ideas for me?...thank you all
Reply from Anna, Age 14 - 09/16/03 - IP#: 24.157.149.xxx I know exactly how you feel. I try diets, and they last for a few days, but I just give up and I love food soo much its so hard. You just have to keep going and rembember that its worth it! Fruits and veggies are good, water, milk, diet sodas, orange and apple juices, things like that. But remember to eat at every meal. If you don't eat for a long period of time, your body's metabolism increases so its harder to lose weight. Getting a good nights sleep and eating a (healthy) breakfast can help you lose weight. My favourite snack is yogurt. Yum yum yum. Good luck!
