annesse- how did you use slim fast correctly? like what shakes, meal bars ect,,,did u eat and like when and how much, if u dont mind telling me that is, or to anyone else whos used slim fast! thanks so much!!!!!!xOxO

and cappachino is my favorite shake, but it doesn't matter what shake or meal bars you buy because they all have the same amount of calories and vitamins- but buy individual shakes for your first week just so that you know which ones you like...

what i meant from using it correctly is to be really truthful about your calorie intake. the websute will probably suggest you have 1300 calories a day- and don't go over that! it's better to overestimate your calories then underestmate them. there are a lot of great web sites that show what foods have so much calories. my favorite is www.caloriesperhour.com. an always read the nutrition labels!
