Ht. 5'3", Start: 120 lb, Today: 128 lb (BMI %tile: 84) - Hey, im 13, 5'3 and i gained ten pounds over the summer, i was 120, and now im around 128. I've been trying to eat better and excersize more for a few months and i really havent seen any results!

I am in the exact same poition I am 5'3 and 128.5 pounds but before the summer I was 115. those last 13.5 pounds have made me fat around the hips where are your problem spots

it's not that if you work out everyday your body won't burn the calories- but that your muscles won't grow- don't get those mixed up becasue you'd still be losing weight- just not gaining as much muscle as you could...

hey..maybe the reason u havent seen any results is because u work out every day? well if u do just work out every other day or ur muscles dont have time to recover from the ur work outs and its not helping u any its just taking up ur time...so try that and if u need anything else just ask i might know the answer..who knows...

you probably haven't seen any results becasue a)you have acctually been eating still just a little too many calories or b)you haven't been consistant enough with the eating better and exersizing...maybe you should be just a little more strict with your diet and a little harder on the exersize...good luck!
