Today: 67 kg, Goal: 52 kg - Hi guys I weigh 67kg I eat healthy breakfasts and dinners but I think my weak spot is morning, lunch and afternoon tea I pack healthy lunches but I always go to the canteen and buy junk how can I stop I can't resist I also want to loose 15kg by November (at most) but I just can't seem to I swim 2-4km 5 day's a week in 1-2 hours I need Help  (Note: 0 cm, 67 kg is 0'0", 148 lb.)

make sure you keep your motivation at the front of your mind at your weakest moments- remind yourself that if you eat that junk all the time you'll never get there and you'll just be disappointed right after you're done with it- believe me because i just blew it and i'm already feeling disappointed- and also right after you blow it get right back on track that very smae day! don't wait another day and don't totally binge just becasue you ate one thing that wasn't good for you...
