I just came to say hi my name is Krissy I am 13 5'6 and I weigh 215lbs... i have not always been over weight just since about 3rd grade, and now i am gonna do sommin about it! me n Jessie(my diet buddy) are gonna work together and motivate each other!... here are my goals Short-170 by Christmas Mid Way-150-155 by February and then 125-130 by June! I know that's ALOT of work, and i am gonna try my hardest! Now, here's the plan: Breakfast-a small sommin like an apple or yougurt! Lunch-Water & Gen-Fit, and maybe be some carrots or sommin! Dinner-A smart One or healthy choice, or salad! And then NO SNACKS! LOTS OF WATER, GEN-FIT, AND EXESICE! for exercise-30curls and jumping jacks in morning after school and b4 bed! and then about an hr worth of play outside a day! Is this good? Let me know! Your body goes into sleep mode then and whatever you eat goes to fat or whatever. It doesn't try to burn even a little bit because it is in sleep mode. I hope you take my advice. Bye!
