Hi, I have a little dieting plan to lose about 8 pounds ina month. First, Get up in the morning, eat a peach and a piece of bread. At Lunch i get a milk, a 6" sandwich with chesse and turkey, with a side dish of some fries or maybe chips. I excersize 30 minutes a day, but an 1 1/2 on Tuesdays and Thursdays because of gymnastics/tumbling. Right after excersize, i drink a BIG glass of water, then wait for about 20 minutes before I eat something. I dont drink pop. Is it also a good Idea to not eat after 6 PM? or 8 PM? Please reply with some more excersize tips i can do for my excersize or just some tips please. ASAP!

Instead of chips or fries at lunch (wich are both full of fat, calories, and carbs) eat a salad or some carrot and celery sticks, fruit or even baked chips or fat free chips are better!

Just to let you know - you shouldn't eat bread. It's really bad for you and causes bigger stomachs
