well- first of all it's not goping to work if you're sodemanding- you really have to take it one step, one meal, and one work out at a time. eat less calories then you burn- eat half as many calories as you're used to eating by cutting all of your portions in half. stop eating empty calories such as soda that have absolutely no nutrition in it and exersize a little each day. buil up each week starting at ten then add 5-10 minutes a week till you're at 30-60 minutes. exersize a little everyday- it doesn't matter what type of exersize just do it! don't try to do too much at once or it'll just be another failed attempt and i hate that feeling becasue you'll get too overwhelmed and give up. so work at it little by little untill you have complete control over your body. good luck!
