Hey, I'm trying to get into shape for soccer and basketball and nothing is working. I just need to drop about 15 pounds quickly. Does anyone have any pointers??

yes, i do. Here are some things.
no more pop
dont eat past 8 PM
count your calories
eat half of what you eat, and save the rest for later
dont skip meals, or else your body will eat your fat
Excersize so that you can born more calories then you consume...then you will lose weight.
