i've lost 15 pounds so far but i'm not losing any pant sizes! it's frustrating- so i was thinking about going on the south beach diet or the atkins diet- or trying just to eat as many veggies verses other foods as i can because my mom's pants are really lose when she goes on that diet and although i am thinner it's not where i want to be skinner the most! this gets so frustrating. can someone reply and put a link to a good website that's free for the south beach diet? becasue people keep telling others to look it up on the internet but all i can find are web sites asking for money.grrrr. i really would feel wonderful if i lost a couple sizes...

i do exersize at least 30 min. cardio everyday. i feel myself getting more fit- i just can't lose it around my lower stomach!!!!!!1grrrrrr- and my hips!!!!double grrrrrrr!!!!!!

add excercise.....that will solve the problem....do pilates it works wonders

i dunno about the south beach diet but i say go for atkins...thats what im on and im doin pretty good, but whatever you decide...GOOD LUCK
