Hello everyone! I want to lose weight reall bad before my gymnastics competition in a few months, because i have to wear a leotard only, and i am embarssed for my jiggly thighs and butt and stomach! Those are the places i would like to un-jiggle- my hips, butt, upper thighs and stomach. I want to go on the atkins diet and stuff, but i want something simple. What are some things that could help me with my upper thighs and stomach? PLEAES HELP ASAP!
