Today: 145 lb - hi im 13and i really wanna lose weight but somehow i cant i exercise and im in sports but i dont lose weight i stay the same i weigh 145 and i think thats way to much so if u can help me or give me some good diets ideas e-mail me at lilblondie36285@aol.com

im the same weight as u and im a swimmer, i kno u may get this a lot because i do too, but u r a growing grl and losing a lot of weight is unhealthy for someone who is active, because your body needs calories to use for energy.also most of your weight is probly muscle . if u eat right instead and stay healthy then u'll be just fine. but good luck and u'll look great!
