Today: 199 lb, Goal: 135 lb - Hey everyone! im 199 right now! hope to be 135 by March 15th when i'll be 14! the only exercise i get is walking to and from school ( a mile and half downhill, then mile and a half uphill or 3 miles) 5 days a week. any easy things that will help me? im not really flexible and i dont have that much endurance(your probly thinkin that i cant do any exercises) so im not good at exercising, im hoping i can become more flexible and have more endurance if i exercise more! any good fairly easy exercise ideas would be GREATLY appreciated!

good job! i lost 10 pounds in a week that too much i know but im soo happy!im now 140. peace

Hi everyone im 187 and i need to lose the fat becuse if i dont i will never be happey a gine i dont get a lot of work out time or any thing like that but i whant to but I fell like why bother. I allready have deepresson and i dont like have all this fat hanging off my body.
