Today: 130 lb - Hi, Im Melissa. I really need some help loosing weight. I weigh 130 pounds. I have gym every day and we run a lap or 2. I always go on bike rides with my friends and walks. The problem is, I eat like crap. Every day i have dessert and a huge snack! HELP!

cut down on the big snacks and check the amount of fat is on everything you eat.
