anne how long u gonna stay on atkins 4? a month?
Reply from anne, Age 16 - 10/06/03 - IP#: 216.66.108.xxx um...it's not as hard as you're making it sound- it's acctually easier for me to stay on the atkins then on a low carb. and i'm not hungry at all- acctually i feel better then i did before because sugar doesn't take well to me body.

Reply from anne, Age 16 - 10/06/03 - IP#: 216.66.108.xxx well- how it woroks is you're only suppose to have 20g of carbs everyday for 2 weeks and then you add 5 carbs on each week after that- but you're never suppose to eat tons of carbs ever again.
