if i have highlights in my hair and want to dye my whole hair a new color, will the highlights effect the color?

Reply from anne, Age 16 - 10/06/03 - IP#: 216.66.108.xxx yes- those highlights will be lighter- unless you're dying it a really dark color like black. check on the side of the dye kit- it should show what it looks like for different colored hair.i hope it works out for you!
