I was thinking about having some eggs for breakfast, a smart ones for lunch, some airpopped popcorn for a snack and a smart ones for dinner. I would stick to the low fat smart ones, expect for one day I would chose fattier choices(i.e. the pizza or chicken and ham wraps), would i lose weight this way? or is that not a good idea! pelase hlep
