I am on a crash diet at the moment not eating anything till dinner then maybe only eating half of that will i lose weight???

Im 13 and 135 pounds i use to be 180 pounds 2 months ago. i tried not eating lunch or dinner thinking that my weight would go down but it was only increasing because when u dont eat your body will make body fat to keep, incase its hungry and you aren't eating my suggestion was to be wake up earlyier every morning have your berkfast then do some situps for 5 minutes everyday, that will help to start lossing some weight.
Reply from anne, Age 16 - 10/08/03 - IP#: 216.66.108.xxx no offense but that's a stupid question. of course starving yourself will make you lose weight but be warned when you eat regularly again if you do do this then you arte going to gain back more then you lost becasue you'll be slowing your metabolism. i think that's not only a stupid diet idea but a dangerous and definately harmful one...
