I want to lose my lower stomach. What kind of excersises help lose the "pouch"?

I used to be overweight, and I had the same problem you do, but I just did many diffetent versions of your classic sit-up, I would time my self so that I could do 55 sit-ups in 20 seconds. Results won't come right away, but eventually you will see them. Just set a goal for yourself and keep trying, once you achieve it you will be so proud of yourself.

try doing jumping jacks/ running jogging belly dancing works too.
