whats everyone do for exercises? i do the walk away the lbs vid(1mile walk) 2x. walk up n down stairs 20-30x. do lunges, and these ab exercises: the bridge, the hundred, the bicycle, the plank, the long arm crunch, the saw, the vertical leg crunch, single leg circle, double leg stretch, reverse crunch, forward spine stretch, and this exercise where u hold ur abs in tight for 15 seconds it = 1 pushup. i also do some thigh exercises(dont know what there called)

Right now I do Tae Bo, Pilates, walk almost 1 1/2 miles around my neighborhood, sit ups, and the cardio machines at the Y for a 1 1/2 hours. Actually I need some more exercises, thanks for posting yours.
