hey yall i have ran into a problem....at school i have third period lunch which is at like 10am and i cant eat anything there cause for one thing thats gross to eat school food and im not hungry then anyway i know im not suppose to skip anymeals but during the week i always do but when i get home from school i eat alot but i eat all my other meals ....i would bring something to eat when i am hungry but none of the teachers will let us eat in class...so if yall have any ideas please share and im still looking for an excersize to get rid of the flab on my back please reply if u have any tips and thanks for every thing...o and good luck! ~lily~

get a healthy food bar like slimfast or a granola bar or something and get excused from class and eat it in the hall or something- say you're going to the bathroom or something- and that will at least keep your metabolism going...
