Ht. 5'3", Today: 140 lb (BMI %tile: 84) - Hi this is my first time in this site . Well let me tell you a little about me well im 16 yrs old and i wieght 140 and 5'3 . I know it is not bad but my prom is coming up soon and i want to look good in my dress can anybody tell me a good exersice to lose my belly fat or anything that work for you before please write soon as possible. thank you.

hello! i am 5-5, and weight 140. i now its not to bad. i just fell like im really fat. i dont like to grab fat. and see that i have roles. but i know just cause i weight a lot doesnt mean that i am fat,even though i feel that way.i just need to eat less thats all.

its impossible to "spot reduce" so do cardio exercises like walking or jogging or dancing. and do some different ab exercises to.
