Hi does anyone think I can lose wieght by just walking 20 minutes and doing 15 or more push-ups and 30 crunches everyday and drinking more water and eating mor vegetables, fruits and grains?

Even if you do lose water weight you will feel less bloated and water is good for your skin, and other imoportant organs too so even if your goal is not to lose weight you should still try to drink tons of water b/c your body is losing water every sec. of the day and you need to replenish it n e way. Drinking water to get clearer skin and lose weight?? What a bargain...

Reply from Cherry, Age 15 - 10/23/03 - IP#: 209.179.168.xxx Oops, forgot to specify...U have to do that everyday for a week, if you want more info on it check out the book Turn Up the Heat by Phillip Goglia....go to www.turnuptheheat.com, u can order it but I suggest getting it at the library. I have done it and it has worked but it is alot of water to drink in a day so try to start doing it when u r out of school for the summer or something, or if u can just drink it all after u get out of school so u dont have to go to the bathroom every 5 mins...lol. I drank my water after school and It still worked.

Ok here is a simple water trick that will make u lose 5lbs in a week ((Well, ok not really simple but hey at least u will lose 5lbs :) Take how much u weigh and then drink ur weight in ounces of water, for example if you weight 180lbs then you drink 180ounces of water. You WILL lose 5lbs. in a week IF you follow the advice given faithfully, you dont even need to change the way u eat b/c u will not eat as much cause the water will give u a feeling of being full, u can add lemon or lime juice to "spice" the water up a bit...hope this had helped u!!
