how long does it take to lose a pant size???
Reply from Cherry, Age 15 - 10/23/03 - IP#: 209.179.168.xxx Once I heard it was 16lbs but I am not sure like the other gurl said it all depends on how much fat u r losing, like u could lose 15 and be the same size or u could actually lose BODY FAT and go down a size or two. It all depends so experiment and see what works for you, every1 is different.
Reply from anne, Age 16 - 10/23/03 - IP#: 216.66.108.xxx everyone's different. there are peoiple who can lose a pant size pretty quickly and then there are people like me who lose it everywhere but the hips and around there(lol). i haven't lost a pantsize and i've lost up to 18 pounds(gained two back but i'm taking those off again this week).- but i also lose a lot of inches in my waist area so my shape is getting better. it just depends on where you lose. by the way the time in which i did that so far is about 2 1/2 months. good luck- i want to lose one too!
