PLEASE HELP!!

The fact thta you've weighed 180 for four weeks isn't a bad thing either - you are not gaining weight! It's good that you have the long walk to help you. You might want to try power walking, or jogging. Start off by walking for five minutes, then jog for three, walk for five, etc. for the first couple of days. Then increase your jogging times, and decrease your walking times. It will help. You may also want to try some sports such as skating, snowboarding, skiing - things that you can do and enjoy with your friends and get in better shape while you're at it!
Reply from anne, Age 16 - 10/24/03 - IP#: 216.66.108.xxx you should try a higher intensity workout then such as speed up your walking or do some jogging or taebo or something fun or fast dancing so it speeds up your metabolism and burns more calories to get you off of your weight loss platue...good luck- and that's awesome that you've lost 25 pounds keep at it!
