Today: 170 lb, Goal: 137 lb - Hey everyone its me sarah but i may post as frank or clifford. Anywho I am 170 I gained a pound from last week but thats cuz its that time of the month again and im surprised I didnt gain more. I am taking the edvice to drink a lot of water so I can loose weight. I am also doing taebo which is an awesome workout. I am still doing my crunches, leglifts, stretching, jumping jacks. I am eating right still but I had a bumb up this week since it was that time of the month but I dont care Ill just get back on track right now since its over. I am really trying hard to loose this weight and hope to be 137 by new years eve do you guys think this is possible? thanx everyone who replies.

i bet that you can get around 140 at least by then- which is where i want to be by then also. definately keep up the taebo- i heard that sometimes the results are slow but i think that's only because it's working the muscles a lot and it makes them larger before the fat starts to go away. it's definately awesome. good luck!
