Reply from anne, Age 16 - 10/26/03 - IP#: 216.66.108.xxx it's healthy for you and the only reason people gain back weight is because they think they can eat whatever they want to afterwards when in reality slimfast teaches you how to control calories and it does work and you get as much nutrients out of slimfast as you would out of vitamin pills becasue it doesn't stasy all in you if you have either but a lot does becasue i could feel the difference in my body when i was on it and now i'm off of it and i'm STILL LOSING WEIGHT becasue i actually learned from it...

It might say it has nutirents and stuff but you poop it all out...plus once you loose the weight you gain it back because of a sudden change from watererd down "milk" shakes, to real food.

Reply from anne, Age 16 - 10/25/03 - IP#: 216.66.108.xxx no- slimfast is safe- that is definately NOT a common side effect becasue there are none and if there were slim fast would by law have to tell their customers that. well- in vermont slimfast is 6 dollars around for 6 shakes or 6 bars so it's like a dollar a meal which is a lot cheaper then if you were going to buy it from school or a resteraunt or anything like that. good luck on whatever you decide...

My mom was on it for a while and developed one after her doctor told her what it would do. But I don't want to tell you what and what not to do, but I would check with you dr. b-4 starting n-e thing.. Just worring about you.. ok
