what are some good exercizes for getting rid of my belly? it hangs over my belt and is really disgusting. and how about some exercizes to get rid of the excess weight on my thighs and rear end? Pleeease someone help. i am tired of looking like this.

hey i have the same thing...it is disgusting.
i do karate and ive noticed that it really helps so probably any type of martial arts. i hope that helps and good luck!

Hey Charles! Of course situps are the most common exercise for the stomach area, but I don't think spot reduction works so try a lot of cardio exercises. For your thighs and behind try Pilates, it does well for toning your body. Hope this helps.
