Ht. 5'8", Today: 200 lb (BMI %tile: 97) - Every1 ignore the rude comments that the rude person ((Lanola, or whatever)) bc it is so obvious she is the smartest one here as seeing she cant even spell her own name right....hmm....Maybe she does not have e nuff fat on her body and it is causing her to have problems wit her brain....But I am not a doctor, only a person who can spell their own name....N e ways.... Ur welcome, Glad I could help and yes they are 100% free, well obviously u have to have the internet...lol but other than that just go on the site and browse around.
Some other sites are:((These have diets on them but I think that Blubberbusters def. has great advice too cutting your portions in half is a very healthy way to lose weight because we are teens and we are not done growing and we need nutrients so it is up to you what you want to use.Try to figure out what works for you, I know when I do a low fat/Low calorie diet I lose weight the fastest and the best, It all depends on who you are bc everyones body is different. I tried fasting once in a moment of desparation and I realized I lost the same amount of weight I did when I did low calorie diets and I did not "fully" deprive myself. Somebody might do very well with fasting. I am working on losing weight now bc I am overweight((Duh...lol)) by like 30-40lbs and this time I am going to lose it once and for all...I would like to have a few diet buddies so post back here and I i will get in touch with you.

Faddiet.com ((Good humorous site if you want to see what the "Fad diets" are. Some or most of them might not be good for you but they claim to help jump start a bigger weight loss if you use them correctly. You might even want to check with your doctor to see if you are in the condition to use them for a short period of time. This site is more intended to be funny more then anything but it has given me some valuble advice. The diets on the page are not always bad diets only when they are abused they do tend to pose a problem.))
