Today: 136 lb - i was 134 last week, not im 136. i dont see how i could have gained weight. i didn't eat tons of junk food, i didn't even eat any halloween candy. this is so depressing. i even did my walk away the lbs vid(1mile) for 3x, which is an hour, on friday---with 2lb weights. i don't see how i could have gained. but my hip measurement is still the same...38 inches. how could i have gained 2lbs???

well- it could be just natural body functions- but then again you don't have to eat "tons" of junk food to gain a few pounds it could be just a couple extra cal. here or there- maybe something that you've been eating has a lot of extra hidden calories in it. then again- it's just another thing you can investigate. anyways- you can drop thase pounds this week. good luck!

hey girl dont even worry bout that, it's not good to measure yourself weekly cause our bodies go through weird transitions, meaning we can be one size one day and be 3 lbs lighter or heavier the next... plus it is most likely just temporary water weight that will probably come off later in the week,also our bodies weigh differently at differnt times of the day, lighter in the morning, and heaviest in the afternoon, so be sure you try to weigh yourself at close to the same times

it could have just been the time of the monnth if u were due on your period or could have been bloating! did u weigh yourself at the same time of day as usual n wearin the same clothes coz if not this could have affected it! hope ive helped x x
