Ht. 5'1", Today: 134 lb (BMI %tile: 93) - Hey,I want to loose weight, and I've tried a lot of stuff but nothing seems to work, or I just can't stick through it. I don't want to tell my mom because it's embarassing, but I think she knows that I'm more than a "little" overweight. I'm 5'1 and 134lbs!! Nobody makes fun of me or anything, but I just don't feel good about myself. Anyways, any tips would be appretiated! Please post back, I really need help. My e-mail is iskate64@hotmail.com

hey actually you aren't overweight. You're just at riskof becoming it. Drop about ten lbs and you'll be fine!

Okay heres a plan that lots of people I know have tried and its been effective -You can only drink one small glass of pop or juice a day and the rest water -You eat 3 regular meals a day but dont over do it past one plate unless you are really hungry -Also you should cutout junkfood completely out of your diet but one "small" sweet snack a day like a bag of chips is okay and the rest fruits and veggies -Lastly exercising every day makes a hug difference in weight loss you should do 50 situps every day,50 leglifts on each side every day,and go up and down the stairs 10 times every day ( 1 time up and down only counts as 1) Hope this helps and this works if you stick to it email me at dalilbrat18@yahoo.com or IM me my screen name is LILSweetJanelly
