Ht. 5'9", Today: 195 lb (BMI %tile: 97), Goal: 165 lb - I am 5'9" and weigh 195. Not fun 4 me. I was wondering, is there any way for me to get down to 165 by the end of december? I need 2 lose 30 lbs. by then. I don't eat junk food on weekdays (skool days) but on weekends, i splurge a lot, so the week that i did, doent mater. I need help! Please elp me out, considering my unusual eating habit. lol thanks a lot!

im 5'7 and weigh 182lb i wanna be slimmer 4 christmas do u wanna do this diet together coz im bummed at the moment

you could probably lose 20 lbs by the end of december if you work real hard. do 30 minutes of aerobics everyother day and do 30 minutes of strength training with free weights or whatever you have and situps and leg lifts and such every other day. only eat 1200-1500 everyday and try to eat high fiber foods like green veggies or wheat bread. allow yourself a bad meal once a week(like chinese or something) on the weekend so you don't blow it and take a break from working out for one day during the week also. drink a lot of water and don't drink a lot of anything else and remember that the calories in drinks count too. um..lets se... oh yeah and try and not eat a lot of salt- it makes you retain water and seem bigger and heavier then you are. just don't add any salt to your food... i hope i helped- you can lose a lot by doing that- just stink to it and remember to cheat everyonce and a while but remember that after you do get right back on track and don't give up. good luck!
