I need to lose as much weight as I can in about a month becuase Volleyball tryouts are coming up and I really want to make the team!! What is a good way to lose weight and strengthen your muscles? Thanks in advance!! ~!~Rach~!~

NO! they want ppl who can PLAY! im not trying to be mean..but just cuz ur skinny doesnt mean that ur gonna be all athletic and get on teams!:)
