Is milk fattening...is it bad to drink a glass of it a day?

milk is great for u i recommend low fat to descrease calories but tha6t stuff is good to get u taller

Hey I love skim milk!!! 1% is drinkable but 2% and whole milk is so nasty

milk is very good for you altho i wouldnt recommend whole milk 2% i like the best but 1% is better and they taste pretty much the same and they also have reduced fat 2% but i wouldnt recommend skim cause it taste like water with a little bit of milk in it and tastes nasty

also, another good way to get calcium is these calcium chews. they taste like chocolate and they have i think around 50% of your daily needed calcium.

i agree. u need about 2 to 3 servings of daily products a day for ur age. just make sure to eat low-fat or skimmed milk! =)

It's actually good for you to drink a glass a day, just make it like low fat or 1%

It doesn't matter if milk is fattening at your age, because you are young and need milk to prevent osteoporosis (sp?). There is many advantages to drinking milk, so don't worry about how fattening it is. :o)

milk is nutritious and even though you don't need it it doesn't hurt becasue its a good source of calcium and such- but as like anything else with calories it counts. so just count the cal.s and don't worry about it- it's a lot better for you then soda...
