if i dont eat breakfast (not b/c im skipping, i just dont have time) and eat soup and water for lunch, and slim fast for dinner, do 50 sit ups a day, how much weight do u think i could lose?

u must eat more, or else u'd be starving yourself and u really shouldn't do that.

um- that's really unhealthy. i mean soup and slimfast are healthy- just not the low amount of calories you'll be eating. slimfast is 220 and even if the soup was 300 cals(which soup is usually less depending) then it's starving your body. don't go under 1000 cals or you'll regret it in the future...

That'll ever work. It will be too hard, and you're likely to give up and binge. Sorry to burst your bubble, I've been there :D
