hey, y'all~~~I'm trying the 90/10 weight loss plan (where you eat healthy 90 % of the time and splurge the other 10% to incooperate cravings of your fav. foods)is anyone else out there on the 90/10 plan or considering it?~~please reply~~thanks bunches~~*~chellie~*~

And u don't kno my situation...I do yoga and i walk everyday. Exercize does not have to be running three miles twice a day. Infact that is unhealthy for ur muscles. And i don't kno why you are so ignorantly distraught at my own way of approaching my problem (not your problem). This is my first week on the darn plan, if it doesn't work i'll try something else! Take a chill pill~!~ don't blow out my flame to make ur candle glow brighter~ Maybe if we(overweight kids in general)didn't have ppl like you to bring us so far down and instead had encouragment, we would be at our goals sooner-if not-already~~~~~~!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!~~~~~~

There are 14 days of meal plans in the books and the breakfast's are interchangable for breakfast's and lunchs for lunsch....you get the idea. there are 250 calories left over in a day where you can eat something that you really crave. that way u can have ur craving food and not go crazy by denying it to urself, If you would like more info e-mail me at cduty@mindspring.com
