Ok, I'm gunna ask this question again since I didn't get a helpful response last time. Volleyball tryouts are coming up in about a month and I really want to lose weight and strenthen my muscles. One of the repleys to this last time was something like Do you think there going to care who looks the best, No! There gonna care who plays the best. Umm yeah no crap but since I'm overweight loseing weight would make me more fit and the fitter you are the better you are at sports usually. duh. Thanks in advance...~!~Rach~!~

well for one it doesnt matter what u look like but i understand from your point of view on things um u just need to start running ray baby 3 miles a day 2 times a day and do some yoga and drink only but water and eat 5 (small) meals a day and no COOKIES CAKES SWEETS SODA anything like that and in about a week boy dem poundz will be off (no lie)

restrict your calories. taebo really makes you more fit also! i really am more fit(even if i'm not at my goal weight) from doing taebo. it's really awesome- just stick to it!
