hi everyone...i need some help. i'm more overweight than i would like...i have GOT to lose 25 to 30 pounds by May...but how? is it possible? if anyone has a plan, pleeease reply! thanks bunches.

that's entirely possible! all you have to do is lose a pound a week. so you don't have to do much but burn 500 calories more then you consume. go to www.caloriesperhour.com and see how much you burn in a day and then subtract 500 calories from it and eat that many calories a day. you have to be patient though. good luck! exersize doesn't hurt either!

Try the South Beach Method. It's the first effective general weight loss plan that works for teens. It's a heck of a lot better than atkins and more effective and strict than Weight Watchers. Try it out, I've ordered the book.
