From anne, Age 16 - 11/09/03 - IP#: 216.66.108.xxx Click here to reply Today: 155 lb, Goal: 135 lb - man- i've been working really hard but i'm on a weight loss plateau. i'm at 155 again for the 4th week in a row. this week i'm not going to cheat at all- i'm going to do more taebo and eat more veggies. but it's really annoying being the same weight- i've come so far not to budge my weight anymore. i still have about20 pounds to go. grrr. oh well- if anyone has any odd tips or something that could boost my metabolism it would be appreciated- but i'm just going to keeep working at it untill i get there becasue that's the only long term solutoion- hard work...
