hey y'all. I jus wanna say that i'm down three pounds from a week ago by goin on the 90/10 diet! yaaaaaayyyyyy! I'm so happy; i haven't seen 160 on the scale since 10 months ago. I wish y'all the best of luck with ur diet plans!!!! luv~~ ~*~chellie~*~
