| YESSSSSS! it works(even though i've only been on it for 2 weeks, i've lost three pounds by the end of the first week) it's where you eat of a plan thing provided in the book for ur calorie intake. U can pick from 1200, 1400(which i'm on) and 1600 calorie plans.
