Hi I just wanted some advice. Umm...well I was wondering if you think that I could just lose weight by dieting alone and no exercising or do you think that I should exercise too so I can see results faster? Because I saw this success story where this girl didn't eat any snacks or sugar and she lose 20 pounds in one summer. All she ate was 3 meal a day.
