Hi I just wanted some advice. Umm...well I was wondering if you think that I could just lose weight by dieting alone and no exercising or do you think that I should exercise too so I can see results faster? Because I saw this success story where this girl didn't eat any snacks or sugar and she lose 20 pounds in one summer. All she ate was 3 meal a day.

well- my mom is doing it by just dieting alone- though it has been proven that it's better in the long run to exersize and exersizers are more likely to keep it off. but good luck to whatever you decide!

Well Marshall i dont think u can do it with dieting alone. the thing with dieting is that you will lose the weight and most likely gain it back fast...but when yu exercise you increase your metabolism you sculpt your body and you get muscles...muscles means more calories burned...so i dont think u can just lose weight with dieting alone...ive been dieting and exercising and ive lost 20lbs in 1 1/2months...yeah take care hope ive helped
