Hey guys! it's my first time on the site...i'm 13 and i weigh,....well i don't EXACTLY kno the exact amount right now b/c our scale is broken but somewhere between 130 - 145 im guessing. My mom tells me that i need to get out there and do something active! I just started to do tennis lessons 2x a week. Although, i will admit that i do eat when i am bored and i sit in front of the t.v. basically 24/7! With christmas and thanxgiving comin around the corner...i was wondering if someone would be my weight loss buddy and if anyone out there had any advice on good DIETS THAT ACTUALLY WORK!!!! well, i watch tv ALOT as well. but wat i do is while watching tv i do sit ups, and during commercial breaks i do jumping jacks! you really get a work out, even if commercials are only like 3 minutes, trust me. thats alot! keep up the good work!
